Team
Roles, seats, invitations, and leaving an account.
Settings → Team manages who can see and change your account. Three roles exist — Owner, Admin, and Member — and every account needs at least one Owner, always.
On the Free tier the account is single-seat; the Team page shows an upgrade path instead of member management. Paid tiers add seats: 2 on Founder, 5 on Team, 25 on Scale.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including changing member roles. |
| Admin | Manage members and invitations; remove Members. |
| Member | Use the account without managing its people. |
Owner is never assignable in the UI — invitations and role changes offer Member and Admin only, and there is no ownership-transfer flow. The Owner's row has no management menu.
Invite people
Seats count members plus pending invitations — an outstanding invite holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked.
- Open Settings → Team and select Invite people.
- Enter one or more email addresses and pick a role — Member or Admin.
- Send. Each address appears under pending invitations.
A pending invitation can be resent or revoked from its row menu. The invitee accepts at the emailed link: signed-out invitees new to Solwyn sign up right there and land in the account; the accept page deliberately never shows the invited email, so a forwarded link confirms nothing.
Remove a member, or leave
- Owners and Admins remove members from the member row's menu (Admins can remove Members only).
- Anyone can Leave account — except the last Owner. The server refuses with "every account needs at least one Owner."
